Mine had a bad tie rod end and instead of speaking to the owner (me) to decide what to do they took it upon themselves and replaced rod without my knowledge. Today 4/28/15 I go to pick it up to be handed a bill of $300.04....Their reason for deciding for me...they didn't have my cell number or the know how to use the old fashion phone book to allow me to decide how I spend my money.. ....But a week ago they had my number and called me to advise my tire was done..As they have had it for 1.5 yrs when I started taking my business to them..
Truck came back worse than when I dropped it off
Sugarbush service station, you work for me, and do not decide how to spend my money....The level of trust that should and was there is no more...That will be the last penny you get from ME...
On 4/27/15 I dropped off my pickup for inspection...This is a simple task of checking it over and if it meets all requirements a new sticker is put on and if not repairs have to be made to pass....Cost about $35..
