I had such a lovely stay here and already can't wait to come back. Great hostel experience with friendly, respectful travelers and wonderful hosts. Absolutely beautiful space! I loved the back deck, with a creek running by underneath. There's a cozy living area with many books and a fireplace that I'd imagine is so dreamy in the wintertime! Location is great, walkable to Warren Falls and a quick drive to many great hikes. Joe and Kirsten (and Moo the cat) are exceptionally kind and attentive hosts. Also, since it's a hostel I feel it's notable to say I am an early 20s female traveling solo and felt 100% safe here. Can't wait to come back! Thanks Joe & Kirsten!
The owner of this Inn is extremely unprofessional.
if you decide to book here, which I do not recommend. I would request a detailed contract before signing and an agreement that you will have working internet service.
This was my first visit but my husband has stayed here several times. Cozy, friendly, restful place with an aesthetic feel. Quite affordable but I did not feel we sacrificed a thing. Well-equipped kitchen, ready to cook in or just warm up with a cup of tea. Lovely outside seating on balcony overlooking the river. Several updated bathrooms are shared with other guests. Near great hiking, farmers markets and swimming holes in summer, and of course great skiing in winter.
A really fun place to stay with a large group. Beautiful view if a river from the back porch. My only complaint would be that the doors slam shut on all of the bed rooms.
Very nice unique inn, lots of history, beautiful house, clean, and very spacious. Owners were extremely nice and accomidating. Loved staying here for 2 days.

I wish I hopped online to read google reviews before I decided to move forward and book. Very much like the other 1 star review I will agree and say there is NO internet connection. Do not plan on having cell phone service either.
Sure the scenery is beautiful but paying $199 for a one night stay is not acceptable. This is not a 5 star hotel.
The reason I am leaving a 1 star is because we booked on air B and B and had a major miss-communication. I paid an additional fee to air B and B via our app because we had an additional guest. Two weeks after our stay the owner charged us another $90.
